THE FANS ARE RESTLESS
It’s like with Yianni Stamas' DocuThriller.com - the major motion picture indie mystery - that's being produced by our parent company VideoFilmWeb.com Inc. The fans are going nuts requesting we broadcast the “shocking missing surprise twist ending” even though we’ve said from the beginning that we will not.
BE PATIENT UNLESS YOU CAN HANDLE BEING BETTER
There's an advanced workshop being taught on Thursday from 9:45am to 12:45pm. It is being lead by one of the three amigos from the MaximizeYourSalonBusiness.com crew and although it was designed for hairdressers/stylists, individuals with vocations from real estate agent to actor are trying desperately to get in because they know the value it will provide them for marketing themselves. The problem is that Yianni Stamas, the leader, is ironically encouraging students NOT to take the workshop unless they are ready for success and is pre-testing students in an interview to determine their readiness for going to the next level and making more money (because not everyone is).
WHAT DO A MARKETING CLASS AND MOVIE SHARE?
We're on episode #40 ("Inside My Head") of 45. 41 is going to be a continuation of the "faux" ending. 42 will be the setup. 44 will be the opening credits and 45 the end credits. That means that #43 is the grand finale where it is all explained - except it is being held back from broadcasting online. It won't be revealed until the world premiere in Oct. '09 when we finally bring Houdini back from the grave in honor of the feature film's debut. So both the movie and the class share an urgency on the part of students and fans to have their questions answered to put them in a better state.
YOU CAN’T DO THE SAME AND EXPECT DIFFERENT
So stylists who have been pushing to get into the Thursday first time ever workshop but have no intention of “working it” – do yourself a favor and don’t take the class. Thursdays are a busy day in the salon industry and if you aren’t going to use the interactive session to produce a campaign you can launch within a week after, we recommend the “same ole same ole”.Make your extra money Thursday - miss the class. This will insure you won't bring in additional cash on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - traditionally slower days that are made more productive and financially rewarding as a result of taking the advanced workshop.
A GOOD PROMOTER IS A FOCUSED PROMOTER
For VideoFilmWeb.com Inc., creating the 2 minute webisode “Inside My Head” has been a challenge of schedule. In fact, it would be oooh so easy not to even finish it. In fact, this is being typed on a Saturday and the thrillisode is supposed to debut on Monday. More pressing matters is to get the most motivated stylists into the “Advanced Workshop” for StylistMarketingKit.com. So as art bides it’s time, it is distracted by marketing who is seeking to fill the group with only the most focused and qualified promoters.
ARE NEW IDEAS ENOUGH TO GET RESULTS?
In other words, our web marketing client Dramatics NYC deserves to have an educational session filled only with their employees who will work the program in the most serious manner possible. There’s a temptation to take a class because of the belief that sometimes just by exposing yourself to new ideas is enough. It is not enough “you have to work it to get results”.
IF YOU DON’T FINISH YOUR MOVIE - NO ONE'LL SEE IT
The same goes for our finishing the new segment on time. There is no time like the present to do what you need to do. If Yianni Stamas, Video, Film, Web and the Media Whiz Kids, don’t stay on schedule with serving up the fresh audio/visual confections, the series won’t be able to be completed which ultimately will mean you won’t be able to see the flick in the theaters, in your local video store, pay per view and more.
